Low confidence is very common in women, especially if you are self conscious and modest about your body.  Sometimes, you might need a little something to boost your sexual confidence and to get you out of the rut you’ve found yourself in. Start Looking at the Things You Like

Hygiene is Important
Feeling clean and fresh are both important to being confident in your own skin.  So, it’s time to get out the razor and shave your genital area.  Sure, it may seem a bit different from the ‘all natural way’ but being clean shaven is definitely the way to go.  Have fun with it, and remember some of the more common shaving patterns include the triangle, plain Brazilian, and the landing strip.

Invest in Lingerie
Another excellent way to boost your sexual confidence is to spruce up your wardrobe by buying yourself sexy lingerie, including bras and panties.  If it makes you feel sexy, then buy it.  After all, it’s hard to feel sexy sitting around in baggy t-shirts and sweatpants, so treat yourself to something nice.  Because tight clothes don’t always give off a flattering appearance, try to find clothes that compliment your body shape. No one is the same, so keep in mind that an outfit that looks great on someone else may not flatter your body, or vise versa.

Reality Checks are Important
On a regular basis, it’s important to give yourself a reality check.  You’re not a porn star and you’re not a model, so don’t compare yourself to them.  Half of them aren’t near as pretty as they seem on TV, and you rarely see all the people behind the scenes making them look like models.  If you had your own personal stylists, you’d probably look absolutely amazing all the time too.

The main things to do is to relax and have fun! Don’t worry about what others think of you, and always do your best to surround yourself with people who lift you up, not those who judge and complain about your body.  You only get one body, so embrace it, and love it.
